I acknowledge that I cannot negotiate, directly or indirectly, purchase/lease of such property without the intervention of “Balitecture” which remains my only intermediary.

I acknowledge that if Me, my friend or relative, or any people present during the inspection of the property here above were to breach my commitment to notify the owner that I have been introduced by Balitecture that is instructed to handle the sale/rental. So if Me, my friend, relative, or any people present during the inspection were to buy/rent the aforementioned property, this person shall be liable to pay full compensation for the resulting financial loss suffered by Balitecture. Such financial loss may not be inferior to the agency fees payable to Balitecture if it had taken part in the sale.
